Rates and services
Rates for accommmodation sourcing start at only £185.
This rate will progressively increase throughout the year with increase in demand. Early contact with ‘Student Accommodation France’ will therefore guarantee you a lower rate for our services.
The rates quoted are a “one time” payment only. No further payment will be required. We will continue assisting you until we have managed to secure suitable accommodation for your arrival.
Don’t forget we can reserve accommodation for you many weeks ahead of your arrival!
BELOW RATES ARE VALID FOR ALL REQUESTS PROCESSED IN FEBRUARY 2010.
ACCOMMODATION SOURCING PACKAGE = £185 (+£10 for each extra person sharing)
- We will source apartments that closely match your requested description.
- The apartments will be available for the total duration of your stay.
- We will submit a full and detailed description for each apartment.
- We will request photos for each available apartment that we submit to you.
- We will inform you of the different amenites (gas, electricity, water, council tax…) included in your rental price and those that are not included.
- We will contact landlords to request further information and propose your tenancy.
- We will put you in contact with the landlord of your choice so that you may begin rental procedures.
ACCOMMODATION SOURCING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT PACKAGE = £350
Why not opt for a complete stress free rental experience.
‘Student Accommodation France’ will secure your rental accommodation and assist you in the administrative procedures related to your apartment for the duration of your stay. You can choose to be assisted in some or all of the below administrative procedures.
- We will assist you in preparing your application (paperwork) for tenancy.
- We will advise you on the important aspects of a French rental agreement.
- We will advise you on the obligatory French property insurance for tenants.
- We will provide you with a list of recommendations for renting in France.
- We will assist you in opening and closing contracts with service providers for amenities such as gas, electricity, telephone, Internet etc.
- We will liaise with your landlord on your behalf during your stay.
- We will advise you on the correct departure procedures.
- We will assist you in your request for the return of your deposit.
- We will assist you in opening and closing a French bank account (financial aid can only be paid to you if you have a French bank account).
- We will assist you in your application for financial aid.
- We will remain available to assist you in any way we can during your stay.
Student Accommodation France is NOT an estate agent.
We DO request payment in advance of the service being provided.
We CANNOT guarantee that you will receive financial aid as this is decided by the relevant government body in France. However we can insure that your application for financial aid is complete and is submitted in a timely fashion.
We source apartments and accommodation nationwide for our customers and therefore CANNOT visit all apartments that we source. We will however provide you with recent photos of each property.
We CANNOT be held responsible or become involved, in any way, in a dispute between a tenant and landlord.
We CANNOT be held responsible for fraudulent or criminal activity on the landlord’s (or any other person’s) behalf.
In France the choice of tenant is entirely at the landlord’s discretion. For this reason we CANNOT guarantee that you will sign a tenancy agreement for your first choice of apartment, however our assistance will greatly increase your chances of doing so. In a case where the landlord refuses your application we will continue assisting you (at no extra cost) until we have managed to secure suitable accommodation for your stay.
