As a small independently run business we aim to provide a highly personalised service to each customer. The company is owned and managed by Elaine, a committed Francophile who spends a great deal of time in France with friends and family.
Our small team is made up of French and British nationals who are all fluent speakers of French. Together we have an extensive personal and professional knowledge of France, the Rental Market and the famous French Administrative System.
We have all rented a city centre apartment in France as students (some of us continue to do so today) and have first-hand experience of the potential yet unnecessary difficulties and frustrations encountered in this specific market.
Our aim is to provide you with a service that will reduce and even eliminate these (often costly) difficulties and frustrations. In doing so, we will help you get a head start on the rental market as well as increasing the benefit and enjoyment you will get from your stay in France.
